Rohit Sobti
FOUNDER & CURATOR
Rohit Sobti is an entertainment strategist with nearly three decades of experience across music, films, artist development, brand partnerships, and cultural IP creation.
​
Over the years, he has held leadership roles at Yash Raj Films, Sony Music India, and Universal Music India, working with some of India's most celebrated artists, music properties, films, and entertainment brands. His work has consistently focused on building artist-first ecosystems, creating meaningful partnerships, and helping creative talent grow with clarity, purpose, and scale.

With The Shakti Collective, Rohit brings together his experience across the entertainment industry to build a culture-forward company that empowers artists, nurtures original stories, and creates opportunities that generate long-term cultural and commercial impact.
